Cranes with stabilising legs are ideal for manoeuvring in restricted spaces or on surfaces with a limited load capacity. The chassis offers high stability, since the load is located within the base of the crane, between or above the stabilising legs. The concept of stabilising legs allows us to offer a crane with a low weight, great lifting height and superior reach, provided always that the legs can be located below the load or at both sides.

With manual or electric lifting and manual or electric manoeuvring, we have the right solution for your needs! Tell us what you need using the form Your crane, made to measure.

SOME EXAMPLES OF OUR CRANES WITH STABILISING LEGS

Workshop crane with parallel stabilising legs and electric lifting for loads up to 1,000 kg.

Do you have a high frequency of work and must pick up or position loads on pallets or machines that have lower space to insert the support arms?

The electric lift and FaPo® rudder for precise positioning help you with the task!

This original Elektrobull crane with parallel chassis can be inserted under pallets and machines. The battery-powered electric lift, with manual cable remote control, allows the operator to raise or lower the load, standing anywhere around the crane. In addition, it is equipped with the FaPo® driving assistant, to help you with translation and positioning.

Characteristics

Lifting and lowering
DIN safety swivelling load hook, high quality galvanised, battery operated, simply by pressing a button on the control. Using the remote button bar, with approximately 3 metres of cable, the operator has flexible control of lifting and lowering independently of the crane. In this way the operator can be close to the load to watch it and assist in exact positioning. This gives greater safety and allows the work to be completed sooner. (+ info)

Manoeuvring
Manual, assisted by the Hydrobull, FaPo® mechanical drive positioning. One person alone can manoeuvre and drive the machine with ease, with or without a load. The drive device offers an angle of close to 180 degrees which almost allows the device to turn on its own front wheels, with a very small turning radius. (+ info)

Load jib
There are 13 extension settings, 150 mm apart, which are easily selected by 2 separate galvanised stabilisers which use a locking bolt system. Also the jibs are backed up with a pressure lock to avoid accidents.

Parking
The machine can be easily and conveniently locked in position by turning a lever on the FaPo drive device. Manual units are not usually fitted with a hand brake.

Manual workshop crane with parallel stabilising legs for loads of up to 3,000 kg.

Do you need high lifting and an exceptional load capacity?

We show you here a manual industrial crane, the optimum way to move pallets.

These industrial design cranes, originals by Hydrobull, have a chassis with parallel stabilising legs that allow them to enclose the load. The extendable jib has 13 positions, giving exceptionally high reach and load capacity. With this special design, the largest loads are supported above the chassis, while smaller loads can be located even in front of the wheels on the legs.

No other crane offers such large reach and lifting height. For this reason, it is often used for maintenance work under a roof or on machinery systems. These industrial cranes were designed for a very long useful life, even when in frequent use. From time to time we are still asked for replacement parts for machines that were supplied more than 30 or 40 years ago.

Characteristics

Lifting
The DIN safety swivelling load hook, high quality galvanised, is operated manually by a precision Hydrobull pump, with 4 power-lift positions. In this way, a better lift run can be achieved in less time or heavy loads lifted with less power. The pump lever is arranged horizontally to maximise transmission, as the force is applied from above. The unit is supplied with an extender that can be coupled on in order to achieve even greater leverage force. The extender can be stowed away on the unit when not in use.

We are, of course, concerned with your safety. The unit is fitted with a recoil spring for automatic stopping. When the T handle is released, it automatically closes, preventing the jib from lowering dangerously and out of control. The maximum load is secured against overload. (+ info)

Lowering
The speed of lowering can be regulated by the T handle, even millimetre by millimetre. Lowering can be stopped at any point. (+ info)

Manoeuvring
Manual, assisted by the Hydrobull, FaPo® mechanical drive positioning. One person alone can manoeuvre and drive the machine with ease, with or without a load.
