Swing jib workshop cranes are the answer when the unit cannot approach the job place from the front, due to lack of space or position. With this system, the crane can be located parallel to the load and, by turning the jib, the load hook can get to the precise point where it needs to be.
With manual or electric lifting and manual or electric movement, we have the right answer to your needs! Tell us what you need using the form Your crane, made to measure.

SOME EXAMPLES OF OUR SWING JIB CRANES

Manual industrial crane, with 90º swing jib, for loads of up to 300 kg.
Do you need to work in very narrow passages? You will find this swing jib crane indispensable with its especially narrow chassis, meaning that it can nearly always go through any door!
With the jib which has a turning range of 90º to the left, you can pick loads up from the side where the available width is too narrow for the crane itself to turn. This is a counterweight crane with a load jib that can be turned manually to the left.
With the counterweight it does not need stabilisers and this significantly reduces the operating time. The manual lifting is operated by a Hydrobull precision pump, making the job easier. It also has the FaPo® power-assisted system for manoeuvring and precise positioning, to help you with the work.

Characteristics
Lifting and lowering
DIN-safety swivelling load hook, high quality galvanised, operated manually by a precision Hydrobull pump, with 4 power-lift positions. This achieves a better lift run in less time or lifting heavy loads with less power. (+ info)
Movement
Manual, assisted by Hydrobull, FaPo® mechanical drive positioning. One person alone can manoeuvre and drive the machine with ease, with or without a load. The drive device offers an angle of close to 180º, which almost allows the device to turn on its own front wheels, with a very small turning radius. (+ info)
Swing jib
The jib has a turning range of 90º to the left, controlled by a self-locking helicoidal wheel. Simply turning the handle, placed at a convenient height, is all that is required. With the self-locking function, the jib remains fixed at any position within the 90º. The crane can be moved at any time, even with the load.
Load jib
There are 7 extension settings, 150 mm apart, easily selected by 2 separate galvanised stabilisers which use a locking-bolt system. The jibs are also backed up with a pressure lock to avoid accidents.
Parking
The machine can be easily and conveniently locked in position by turning a lever on the FaPo drive device. Manual units are not usually fitted with a hand brake.
Counterweight
The counterweight box is delivered empty with the crane and is detachable. There are openings on both sides for fixing the necessary lifting systems to assemble and disassemble it. After filling, these openings can be closed with the plastic covers supplied, to ensure no loss of ballast. The box includes a closing lid, with a device which allows it to be secured with a padlock, to the customer’s charge.
The crane can only be used after the counterweight box is filled! You can fill it yourself.
Manual industrial crane with 360º swivel, for loads of up to 1000 kg.
Do you need to pick up or deliver heavy loads in narrow passages and at any angle? This crane’s narrow chassis and 360º swivel platform, together with the FaPo precise positioning system, will make the work easier.
These counterweight cranes, originals by Hydrobull, can be turned manually to left and right. Since the counterweight and jib turn together, the crane can directly face loads or machines at any angle, without losing load capacity. The swivel platform does not protrude beyond the chassis at any angle, so that the crane does not need stabilisers in order to work.
The jib has 13 extension positions, both in front of the wheels and to the side of the chassis, so that the crane has great usable reach. This capacity together with its great lifting height explains its frequent use for operations of changing tools and maintenance work (including on machinery systems or under the ceiling). This swivelling crane has been designed for a very long useful life, even when in frequent use.

Characteristics
Lifting/lowering
DIN-safety swivelling load hook, high quality galvanised, is operated manually by a precision Hydrobull pump, with 4 power-lift positions. In this way, a better lift run can be achieved in less time or heavy loads lifted with less power. The pump lever is arranged horizontally to maximise transmission, as the force is applied from above. The unit is supplied with an extender that can be coupled on in order to achieve even greater leverage force. The extender can be stowed away on the unit when not in use. (+ info)
Movement
Manual, assisted by the Hydrobull, FaPo® mechanical drive positioning. One person alone can manoeuvre and drive the machine with ease, with or without a load. The positioning device offers an angle of close to 180º, which almost allows the device to turn on its own front wheels, with a very small turning radius. (+ info)
Turning
The jib can be turned manually through 360°. After releasing the crane’s turning lock, the column can be turned through 270°, using the pump lever extender placed on a bolt on the column for the purpose. After loosening a second lock, it is also possible to turn through the remaining range, to get the full 360°.
These cranes do not require stabilisers, so they are always ready for use, even when loaded.
Load jib
There are 13 extension settings, 150 mm apart, which are easily selected by 2 separate galvanised stabilisers which use a locking-bolt system. The jibs are also backed up with a pressure lock to avoid accidents. As an option, a mechanical telescopic jib can also be offered, which can be adjusted under load.
Parking
The machine can be easily and conveniently locked in position by turning a lever on the FaPo drive device. Manual units are not usually fitted with a hand brake.
Counterweight
The crane needs a counterweight, which is supplied separately in the form of solid individual steel plates. These plates have to be placed at the back of the chassis, in the space provided for them between the support bars. Depending on the version, this can be done with a magnetic lift or with the help of the ring screws supplied.
