Enclosed lift.
Enclosed lift with roller conveyor for transfers between different heights.
Unenclosed lift
Unenclosed lift with chain conveyor for transfers between different heights.

This lift for pallets or containers is a special unit; its function is to connect transport lines at different height levels, lifting over a distance of up to 20 m and more than two floors.

It is structured in two columns of hot rolled steel with a mobile frame sliding up and down which is fitted with an integral roller or chain conveyor to transfer the load to fixed conveyors at the different levels.

The lifting power is provided by a gear motor and bedplate supporting bearings and cogs with two traction chains to pull the mobile frame. To reduce the lifting power by half a counterweight is used. The system for guiding the counterweight and the mobile chassis is provided with vulcanized flanged wheels.

For access to the power group there is a maintenance platform accessed by an individual-rung ladder on the upper level of the lift.

The lift structure is a double column system which is not self-supporting and, therefore, needs to be fixed to the upper floor.
