With new technology and the appearance of high speed trains, the railway has again become a benchmark in public transport. Trains exceed 300 Km/h, carrying travellers directly from city centre to city centre, rapidly and safely. Metro services in the big cities have also benefited from easy connection with the high speed trains, so that citizens can get home quickly and avoid all the stress of traffic in the streets.

In both the manufacture of trains and their servicing, elements are required which provide access to all corners of the train, where there are parts that may need change or maintenance.

In some cases these elements make access possible by lifting the train or carriage, freeing or removing it from the rails on which it runs and safely positioning the operative where he needs to be.

Dynalserg equipment also allows for both the manipulation of rolling elements (bogies, axles, wheels, etc.) and the heavy parts of engines and air conditioning systems. With the help of our work platforms adapted to the needs of railways it is easy, for example, to change the windscreen of the high speed traction unit.

We also have all kinds of cradles to deal with, for example, maintenance of the overhead catenaries, work to be done in tunnels, etc. Another possibility in our range is the Turret, adaptable for use on a vehicle.

Available up to a load capacity of 100 t and with a maximum lifting run of 5,000 mm, in painted or oven-galvanised finish, or in stainless steel and, of course, also in special finishes to the client’s specifications.

Our railway lifting units are fitted with all the safety devices necessary. They have the EC Certificate of Conformity and are built to standard DIN EN 1570.
