Roller conveyor turntable
View of the motorised roller conveyor turntable for pallet transfer.

The conveyor turntable is used to turn the load through an angle of 90° to 180°, the transport system being either rollers or chains. These conveyors can carry loaded pallets with a maximum weight of 2,000 kg. This assembly is designed to transfer pallets or containers by turning them through an angle of 90° to 180° so that, where the conveyors are not in alignment, the load can be moved at any angle to suit the positions of the conveyors. It is either a roller or a chain conveyor mounted on a turntable.

The turning unit is composed of a turntable on a frame, the turning powered by a chain loop around the frame and transmission by a pinion on the gear motor. The unit stands on legs with adjustable fixings. For safety there is a casing to protect the whole assembly.

It is suitable for pallets of 800 x 1,200 mm, 1,000 x 1,200 mm or 2 of 800 x 600 mm, also for metal containers. Outside diameter from 1,600 to 2,000 mm.

It allows transport heights for chains from 450 to 1,550 mm and for rollers from 400 to 1,500 mm, depending on the transport system.
